Booking
You can book our tours online via the tours pages. Just enter your information, select a date and time and pay the deposit to complete the booking process.
All tours on Zanzibar can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start time of the tour. Just send us a message on WhatsApp or an email and we will cancel the booking and fully refund all payments.
The deposit can be paid online via credit card or other payment methods. The remaining balance can be paid after the tour in cash (EUR, USD or TZS) or online before the tour. For online payments of the remaining balance we charge a 5% fee.
Yes, up to 24 hours before the start time you can change the date, time, location, number of people or any other specification of your tour.
Tour Logistics
Yes, we can pick you up directly at your hotel (and bring you back to your hotel after the tour). Just select the area your hotel is in and enter the name of your hotel at checkout.
Some tours are offered in multiple languages (English, Italian, French, German, Spanish). If available, you can select your preferred language during checkout.
If there is no option to select a language the tour will be in English. We may be able to offer multilingual guides for a surcharge. If you are interested in booking a tour with a multilingual guide and there is no option on the website to select it, just send us a message!
Yes, we provide life jackets for all of our boat tours.
Please let us know in advance, though.
Tours will be rescheduled or cancelled (and fully refunded) in case of heavy rains and storms to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.
Short rains, cloudy conditions or moderate winds do not influence the tour and are no cancellation reason.
