Two friends always knew Zanzibar had more to offer than most visitors ever got to see. In 2023, they decided to do something about it. They wanted to share this magical island the way they'd share it with a friend. The places only locals know, the stories behind the culture, and the feeling of being truly welcome. They called it Rafiki Tours - "rafiki" meaning "friend" in Swahili - because that's exactly what they wanted to be for every guest who they welcomed on the island. What started with a handful of tours and a lot of heart has grown into a trusted name on Zanzibar, but the spirit has never changed: treat every guest like a friend.
